Collaboration: There are TWO levels of collaboration that happen with Shelf-Esteem. First is the one between Christie and Darlene, whose gifts balance and work together to provide remarkable customer experience and results. The second is between the two of them and their clients. I do believe that my readiness to take ownership of my own role in the process helped me work WITH them to get what I needed and wanted. I felt comfortable and empowered to give honest feedback AND receive their insights and observations from beginning to end.

Convenience: Not only do they work in your space, but they will shop for you and return anything they do not use. This is all covered by a one-time fee that they are very upfront about in the intial part of the planning. WORTH IT!

Communication: TOP MARKS for communication and responsiveness. They provide an EXCEL document that itemizes everything they think your space will need and can modify based on your response. It doesn't get better for me, as a business owner. Also, Christie is an EXCELLENT communicator even when they are not working in your space. She helped me in a pinch at the very end, and I cannot thank her enough. :) Their openness to feedback is empowering and made me feel confident about the process.

Transparency: It can be financially daunting to go all-in with organizers, but they were completely transparent about their own hourly pricing. They have an amazing ability to ask the right questions and think critically to apply your answers. I hope you consider working with this amazing team. I was feeling very overwhelmed and stuck before they came along. What they've done for my space, myself, and my business is irreplaceable. We’d just finished a remodel and were buried under debris, boxes, and long-forgotten stuff. Christie and Darleen and their team dove right in, guiding us through what to keep and what to let go, then set up clear “zones” that would work for us on a day to day basis.

Now our attic, closets, and garage are museum-quality organized. I can actually see and reach everything daily—shoes I forgot I owned are front-and-center, which means no more impulse buys. Let me start by saying this…they are the dynamic duo of organizers! It all started because I felt like over the last few years (and after having my elderly dad on hospice in our home) we had accumulated way too much “stuff” (20 years worth). This was becoming a big stressor for me. I spoke with Christie and Darleen on the phone and they were so understanding and non judgmental and I immediately felt a connection with them. My first thought was to start on my guest room / office. Once this was complete I immediately booked again for our play room and again for a storage area in our garage. We’re having them back again soon for another space. If you’re anything like us life gets busy and no matter how organized you are all the “things” can get out of hand.
